The topic of PANart vs. HCU has become pretty quiet – at least in public …

Publications on the topic are more than rare because the whole thing has become a very tactical, ugly and legalized ‘game’, which will hopefully not end with two losers, and rich advocates (like it happens often in conflicts like that).
